01/04/2025 - Progress in Structure and Architectural Details

Construction is progressing at a good pace, and significant advances can already be seen in both towers.

In Tower 1, the slab of the 4th floor is being built, while in Tower 2, the 3rd floor has been reached. These advances allow for a clearer visualization of the final shape of the building.

Additionally, architectural details that will give identity to the project are beginning to emerge. The finishes of the terraces, the spacious pergolas, and the way natural light will bathe the interior spaces of the homes can already be observed, highlighting their design and spaciousness.

14/02/2025 - Progress in Structure and Access

In Tower 1, the ground floor is being erected, while in Tower 2, the slab for the basement ceiling is nearing completion.

Additionally, the storage area structure is finished in both towers, the parking ramp has been built, and work continues on the perimeter wall.

17/12/2024 - BASEMENT PREPARATION

The preparation of the basement level is being completed, including leveling and the necessary basic installations to proceed with the next stages of construction.

14/10/2024 - PILOTING PHASE

We have begun the piloting phase, which involves the installation of the building’s deep foundations. At this crucial stage, piles are put in place to ensure the stability and strength of the structure, preparing it for the next phases of construction.

03/07/2024 - GROUNDWORKS

We have commenced the groundwork preparations on the site, essential to ensure a solid and secure foundation for the future towers.

18/03/2024 - BUILDING PERMIT GRANTED

On the 18th of March 2024, JADE received the long-awaited building permit from the Calpe Town Hall. This significant milestone demonstrates that the residential project is progressing successfully.
